There is that space between the lingering night and the dawn that is very special to me. It’s a time where anything can happen. You can choose to throw everything to the wind, walk away from it all, or look at life with a new perspective. The ancients used to say this time was sacred to the gods. This was a time where the light is weak and destiny can be influenced. This is a time for those with courage, for those who are driven to take destiny by its very horns…laughing in the face of circumstance.

This is a time for furtive growth...

I spent my lunch break in the park today. I love this time of year, the gold, red, and rust colored leaves. These are days I squint my eyes and see more than just the leaves dancing in sunlight. These are days when it seems that the very trees dance for joy...

Fall cleaning

It's been kind of a rough month for illness and business, so in the spirit of Autumn. I cleaned and organized my art desk this evening in preparation for working on some new projects. I'm also planning on doing some more outings to find nice seed pods and stones for inspiration.
